Safe deposit services

The Moscow-Minsk Bank is carrying out the Bank safekeeping of the Customer’s valuables in accordance with the rules stipulated by requirements of laws in force.

The Bank provide services on safekeeping of valuables both for the juridical and private persons, residents of the Republic of Belarus and for the non-residents if otherwise is not stipulated by laws in force.

The subject of Bank safekeeping could be various valuables — money assets, securities, precious metals, precious and half-precious stones, documents and other things being of value for the Customer (letters, jewelers, work of arts and others).

The subject of Bank safekeeping could not be weapons, drugs as well as highly inflammable, explosive, radioactive materials or other items that by their nature tend to threaten health, live of people and environment.

The Bank shall provide to the Customer an individual cell in the Bank deposit safe for usage on terms of lease.

The Bank shall only control the access of the Customer to the depository vault where the individual cell given to the Customer is located as well as the Bank shall ensure safety of the depositary vault and of the individual cell together with all its contents.

While carrying out the safe deposit services the Bank doesn’t receive valuables and shall not be made aware about the nature and the value of the items it is safekeeping. The Customer shall pay for the Bank individual safe box lease services all at once for the entire term of the cell leasing. The minimum and the maximum term of the individual cell leasing are not limited.

What regards private persons, the Bank shall provide these services in accordance with concluded agreements involving presentation of the documents identifying the personality of the person (a passport or a substituting document). The Customer (a private person) can entrust the right of using the safekeeping cell to his proxy by presenting a certificate attested by public notary. The Customer can cancel the power of attorney by an application made in writing to the Bank.

SERVICES ON SAFE KEEPING OF VALUABLES WITH RECEIVING OF AN INDIVIDUAL CELL IN A BANK’S SAFE.

The subscription fee for using an individual deposit cell in the Bank’s vault for safekeeping valuables by private persons per calendar month (including VAT 20%) shall make up:
