We are ready to consider any forms of obligation cover provisions: a mortgage loan, a pledge of goods in circulation, a pledge of a fixed capital of an enterprise, collateralized guaranties, pledge of ownership titles, pledge of property to be delivered in future, surety and pledge of a private property of company management and founders.

For financing the working capital we are offering revolving credit line in various foreign currencies. It is an excellent possibility to cover liquidity gaps or to finance the expansion of a current activity.

For resolving problems with outstanding amounts turnover we are offering a factoring tool (implicit, with recourse). Bank’s fee — Bank’s discount — shall be calculated with regard to the actual debt to the Bank at the current interest rate associated with the credits for current operations, and no additional commission fee is charged.

In case of investment projects (an acquisition of a real estate, technical re-equipment and modernization) the Moscow-Minsk Bank can act both as a creditor and as a leaser.

Our Bank being a daughter Bank of the Bank of Moscow has a possibility to raise funds of the parent organization (foreign investments) for the purposes of financing large projects. Qualified staff shall analyze proposed business plans, consider your propositions and offer optimal variant of raising loan funds. Consideration of your application for credit services is made free of charge.

The Bank also renders services on foreign-trade financing, issuing of warrants, opening of documentary credits and collections of payment.
